DS Laboratories has a detailed Return and Shipping Policy. Customers can cancel an order anytime BEFORE it has been fulfilled. After receiving an item, the customer has 7 days to report any issues including damages. During this window, a Return Authorization Request can be submitted to ship back the unopened product at their cost. If the customer is facing an issue related to an error in DS Laboratories shipping department, such as the wrong item was shipped or a missing item, they must contact DS Laboratories within 7 days of receipt to report the missing/wrongful item.
For International Orders, if a product from an order is damaged or defective, DS Laboratories customer service will provide a full product refund and a 50% refund for the shipping cost of the order. If a product from an order is missing or the wrong product is received, DS Laboratories customer service will provide a full product refund and a refund for the shipping cost of the order.
The customer must pay for return shipping for canceling any subscription order after it has been shipped. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded on any returns. Returns are NOT accepted for any international order. All returns must be approved by a customer experience manager at contact@ dslaboratories.com.
Regarding the Shipping Policy, orders above $60.00 include free shipping, otherwise, shipping is $5 anywhere in the US. DS Laboratories offers worldwide shipping. You will see your shipping rate at checkout when the system knows the country it's shipping to. If you do not see your country, please e-mail at contact@dslaboratories.com to try and accommodate your shipping request.
